Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Harshming Store. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • Request a return within 7 days of delivery by writing to with your order number and photos of the product.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos and we will replace or refund it at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. Shipping and COD fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
